About This Role
As an IT Program Management Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful performance and completion of large technology programs along with the seamless transition to sustainability. In this role, you work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functional areas as an extension of the client team and manage all aspects of a program through its entire lifecycle.
What You Will Work On
  • Manage the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional programs in large, complex organizations
  • Manage multiple projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, risks, issues, and budget, using, or establishing the methodology, including: SDLC, Agile or Waterfall
  • Act as the liaison between business and technology functions, including working closely with key stakeholders and senior management
  • Develop and prioritize project requirements, deliverables, and artifacts
  • Facilitate training, project communication and overall change management
  • Communicate with senior and executive leadership on program and project status and performance

What You Will Bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of program management, and 12-plus years of project management experience
  • PMP certification is preferred; Six Sigma or similar certifications is a plus
  • Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four Consulting experience is required
  • Hands-on experience managing the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional programs that include multiple projects, work streams, scopes, schedules, risks, issues, and budgets
  • Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate PMO systems, managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing the work of other project leaders and/or team members
  • Excellent communication skills with business members at all organizational levels, along with strong relationship and consensus building skills to work in a team environment
  • Experience managing large programs consisting of many projects, such as implementations of Amazon Web Services (AWS), ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle), CRM (i.e. SFDC), HR (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft), BI/Analytics (i.e. HANA, OBIEE), Systems Integration, SaaS (i.e. Blackline, Zoura, CoStar, LeaseAccelerator), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security and Governance
  • Experience leading, developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items and deliverables, as well as ensuring adherence to PMO/Project Management Standards
  • Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. MS Project, Clarity, Smartsheet)

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $85-125/hr
