About This Role

We are in search of a talented Senior Project Manager with strong experience managing Treasury and Procure-to-Pay related project. Previous experience leading banking implementations is highly desired. This role requires knowledge of treasury functions, project management skills and, ideally, experience with Coupa or similar software.

What You Will Work On

Oversee the end-to-end project implementation of Invoicing & Procure-to-Pay software while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure prompt delivery with a focus on adherence to the project scope.

Partner with the Global Treasury & Payment Solutions teams to develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap for end-to-end cash – including Procure-to-Pay.

Lead the change management process to ensure smooth adoption of the software, including designing and executing a fully integrated communication plan around T&E policy, updates, etc.

Establish KPI’s and success metrics to monitor the progress of the implementation and regularly report on these metrics to stakeholders/leaders to ensure transparency while enabling timely adjustments.

Lead the organization, planning, and implementation of the global payments work realignment. This will require working with various leaders to ensure clear role definitions, smooth transitions, and minimal disruptions to ongoing operations.


What You Will Bring

7+ years of experience in Project Management with a focus on Treasury or Finance-related initiatives. Experience with Coupa software or similar software applications is highly desired.

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.

Proficiency in financial analysis and cash management.

Experience with Coupa, SAP, Oracle, or similar Treasury/Procure-to-Pay systems.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is highly desired.

  • Pay Range: $85-95/hr
