About This Role
We’re seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis to support the CFO in driving strategic financial initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at financial modeling, business analysis, and executive reporting. You’ll play a key role in helping senior leadership evaluate opportunities, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions that shape the future of the business.
What You Will Work On
  • Partner with the CFO to analyze and evaluate strategic initiatives and financial plans
  • Build and maintain dynamic financial models to assess business performance and investment scenarios
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations for leadership and board meetings
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis, including market research, profitability studies, and capital planning projects
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making across departments
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar function
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders through data
What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.   
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $45-$50/hr W2 (DOE)
