About This Role
Our client in the Retirement business is seeking an experienced FP&A Finance Leader (Manager, Director, or Senior Director level) for a high visibility 4+ month contract engagement. You’ll partner directly with Institutional Sales and Service leadership, providing financial insights, strategic modeling, and monthly reporting support.  Retirement or Annuities experience is REQUIRED and experience working with actuarial teams is a strong plus.

What You Will Work On
  • Serve as lead finance partner to Institutional Sales & Service executives
  • Deliver financial presentations and monthly reporting
  • Build NPV models, scenario analyses, and business cases
  • Support pricing and financial evaluations for institutional relationships
  • Analyze revenue, margin, and long term economic value drivers
  • Develop productivity and performance models
  • Partner with enterprise FP&A on planning and forecasting
  • Provide guidance to junior team members

What You Will Bring
  • 7+ years in FP&A or financial strategy
  • Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders
  • Strong communication skills with non financial audiences
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Retirement or Annuities background required
  • Actuarial collaboration experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive presence skills

What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $80-95/hr (DOE)
