We are seeking a Senior Cost Accounting Analyst to support our client as they undergo a major ERP transformation (from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion). This role is critical in driving financial performance improvements, ensuring the integrity of cost data, and supporting global inventory accounting processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including their Guadalajara-based finance team, to identify and resolve ERP-related issues, support cost standard rollouts, and enhance our global cost accounting practices. • Build OTBI reporting out of Oracle Fusion as well as adhoc reporting out of FCCS
  • Prepare costing for inventory in the Fusion Costing Module
  • Process flow mapping for inventory movements in Fusion
  • Conduct in-depth cost analysis and variance reporting across global entities.
  • Review account reconciliations and journal entries related to inventory (execution handled by shared services).
  • Partner with global teams, including Guadalajara, to ensure consistency and accuracy in cost updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.
  • Support the development of cost allocation methodologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify root causes of ERP processing issues.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Skilled in documenting and communicating issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a transforming environment with legacy systems and long-tenured employees.
