About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Data Migration & Master Data Specialist to support an ongoing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This role will be critical in ensuring the successful governance, integration, migration, and quality of enterprise data across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly around master data management, data migration, data quality, and governance, with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data owners to ensure data consistency, integrity, and readiness for go-live.
This position will play a key role in supporting the final phases of implementation, helping consolidate legacy systems into a unified SAP environment while enabling long-term internal knowledge transfer and sustainable data management practices.
What You Will Work On
Lead and support master data management activities across multiple SAP domains, including MM, SD, FI, PP, and QM.
Execute and oversee data migration processes using SAP Migration Cockpit, including:
  • data mapping
  • transformation
  • cleansing
  • validation
  • reconciliation
  • upload and migration execution
Define and implement data governance best practices, standards, policies, controls, and maintenance procedures to ensure high-quality and sustainable data management.
Manage and maintain key master data objects, including:
Material Master
Business Partners (Customers/Vendors)
Financial master data
Other critical business objects
Collaborate with data owners, functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure proper cross-functional integration and alignment of master data across SAP modules.
Analyze, cleanse, enrich, and resolve data inconsistencies and duplicates to improve overall data quality and operational readiness.
Support the go-live preparation and production migration phase, ensuring data completeness, integrity, and business validation.
Document data structures, business rules, migration logic, workflows, and governance procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and long-term operational continuity.
Monitor and establish data quality KPIs and controls to support ongoing governance and operational excellence.
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably within implementation or migration environments.
Proven hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and end-to-end data migration activities.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data structures and data models.
Experience managing and maintaining master data objects, including:
Material Master
Business Partners
Customers/Vendors
Related financial and operational master data
Knowledge of SAP HANA tables and data structures, with the ability to validate and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
Experience collaborating with functional teams and business data owners in cross-functional SAP environments.
Strong experience in data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Advanced Excel skills for mass data transformation and validation.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly preferred; candidates with strong SAP S/4HANA experience will also be considered.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
English is not mandatory, though the ability to navigate technical documentation in English is considered a plus.

Travel Requirement
This role may require occasional travel to Tlaxcala to support project activities and collaborate with local stakeholders. All travel-related expenses will be fully covered by the company.
