About This Role

As an SAP GRC Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful performance and completion of projects as well as assessing troubled or failed implementations of GRC. In this role, you will work in partnership with stakeholders across multiple functional areas as an extension of the client teams and manage all aspects of a project through its entire lifecycle.


What You Will Work On

Manage the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects in large, complex organizations.

Lead discovery and assessment of failed GRC implementations and its connected applications and integrations.

Access controls, and access control rule sets, IAM implementations.

Establish workflows and structure. Clean up rule sets.

Discover and understand current state solution architecture and create and own roadmap for improvement and path forward toward future state.

Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including: scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget using established methodology (e.g., SDLC, Agile or Waterfall).

Act as the liaison between business and technology functions, including working closely with key stakeholders and end users. 

Develop and prioritize project deliverables and artifacts.

Facilitate training, project communication and overall change management for the projects.

Drive and own the process, problem solving, solutioning.

Communicate with senior management on project status and performance.


What You Will Bring

Must have SAP GRC expertise. Identifying and managing risk and compliance. 

Strong Identity Access Management and access controls experience and acumen.

Required expertise in assessing failed implementations and the integrated applications and righting the ship with planning and road mapping a solution.

ECC and S4 HANA experience required.

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus

7-plus years of project management experience with responsibility for the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional projects, including scoping, schedules, risks, issues and budgets

Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four consulting experience strongly preferred

Experienced Scrum Master, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred

Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate systems, managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing the work of project teams 

Excellent communication skills; strong relationship and consensus building skills to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels

Project management experience in implementations of any of the following: ERP (i.e. SAP, Oracle), SaaS (e.g. Blackline, OneStream, Zoura, CoStar, LeaseAccelerator), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Security and Governance, HR (i.e. Workday, PeopleSoft), CRM, Business Intelligence, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Custom Software.  

Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items lists and deliverables; ensures adherence to company/PMO Project Management Standards and Software Development Lifecycle best practices

Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. MS Project, Clarity, Smartsheet) preferred
