We’re seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team in driving strategic financial initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at financial modeling, business analysis, and has retail experience. You will play a key role in helping senior leadership evaluate current state, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions that shape the future of the business.
What You Will Work On
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate strategic initiatives and financial plans
Identify and analyze key business trends and issues based on actuals, projected and budgeted data
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to assess business performance and investment scenarios
Support Demand Forecasting, Budgeting, Variance Analysis and Sales Reporting & Projections
Create executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership
Conduct ad hoc analysis, including market research, profitability studies, and capital planning projects
Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making across departments
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar function
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint. Oracle Fusion experience added bonus.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
Strong communication skills and business acumen, with a proven ability to analyze data and influence stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Retail experience REQUIRED

Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. Pay Range: $40-60/hour DOE
