About This Role
We are pleased to share, that we are seeking a "T&E Analyst" to join a project within a globally recognized company in the pharmaceutical sector.

2-3 years of proven T&E processes and systems.

Proficient in English oral and written (active communication with Canadian population)

What You Will Work On
Selected candidates will actively provide timely assistance and customer-oriented support for incoming queries (Solution Center) and issues related to T&E processes and systems and function as a second level support. Support requestors, stakeholders (internal and external) and suppliers to solve issues that are more complex related to the T&E process.

The first month selected candidates will be working two days on site three remotely, however needs to be flexible for working 100% on site when needed.

What You Will Bring
• 2-3 years of financial experience, Accounts Payable any other related finance field.
• 2-3 years of T&E end to end process (mandatory).
• Spanish & English (advance written and spoken). 3rd language is a plus.
• Experience in MS suite, excel advance, SAP, CWT, Citi Manager and CONCUR environment (mandatory requirements).
• In-depth knowledge of T&E processes and system solutions.
• T&E system & tools.
