About This Role
We are seeking a skilled UX Research Professional to join our team as an independent contractor in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will lead research initiatives to uncover user and partner behaviors, pain points, and expectations, providing actionable insights that inform design decisions and enhance user experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
What You Will Work On
  • Research Planning & Strategy : Develop research plans aligned with the Discover phase of projects. Identify key questions to understand partner and consumer behaviors, pain points, and expectations. Select and implement appropriate research methodologies, such as interviews, surveys, ethnographic studies, and usability testing.
  • Stakeholder & User Engagement: Conduct interviews with B4B partners and B2C consumers across Brazil. Collaborate with the CX team to leverage existing research and identify gaps. Facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders (sales, product, operations, etc.) to gather qualitative insights.
  • Persona Development Support: Analyze research data to help define B4B and B2C personas, ensuring they reflect regional nuances and behavioral drivers relevant to Latam markets.
  • Experience Evaluation : Audit current experiences across digital and physical touchpoints to identify pain points, positive interactions, and behavioral patterns influencing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Insight Synthesis & Reporting: Translate research findings into actionable insights for the UX Strategist and design team. Contribute to service blueprints and experience maps using evidence-based recommendations.
What You Will Bring
  • 5 Years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing qualitative and quantitative research work.
  • Is a MUST Fluent in English and Portuguese with excellent communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
  • 5 years of expertise in research planning, user interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnography, and persona development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for design and business stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a hybrid, independent contractor setting.
