About This Role

We are looking for a talented UX Design Professional to join our team as an independent contractor in a hybrid working model. In this role, you will design and improve user experiences across multiple digital platforms, collaborating closely with stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.

What You Will Work On

Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and content strategists to define user journeys and requirements.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that translate business objectives into exceptional user experiences.
Maintain design consistency and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.

What You Will Bring

Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and mobile applications.
Fluent in English and Portuguese with excellent communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Ability to analyze user feedback, metrics, and data to inform design improvements.
Independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid environment.
