About This Role
RGP is seeking an Accounting Consultant with strong month-end close and consolidations experience across various industries, including automotive and manufacturing.
What You Will Work On
  • Support month-end close, including preparing and reviewing account reconciliations and preparing journal entries
  • Manage and analyze accrued liabilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support financial consolidation processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related major
  • 5+ years of hands-on accounting and month-end close experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups and other advanced functions
  • Experience using SAP, Oracle or other major ERP applications; and experience with HFM or OneStream is preferred
  • Exceptional client service skills with a high attention to detail
  • Must be willing to work on-site at least 3 days/week in the Northern Detroit, MI area

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $45-65/hour
