About This Role
We are seeking a Data Integration & Analytics Leader to drive strategic initiatives in data quality, integration, and governance within financial services consulting. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
What You Will Work On
Lead data integration, data quality, and analytics initiatives across client engagements.
Oversee documentation of data lineage, source-to-target mappings, and root cause investigations, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
Direct projects related to customer data unification, identity resolution, and consent management, providing strategic guidance and oversight.
Ensure execution of data extraction, transformation, and validation processes to support Root Cause Analysis and process improvement.
Champion Lean problem-solving methodologies (A3, 5 Whys) across teams and initiatives.
Maintain governance and metadata documentation standards, fostering compliance and best practices.
Present insights and recommendations through structured reports and executive-level visualizations.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Industrial Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
  • Additional certification or coursework in Data Management, Process Improvement, or Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, data quality, or analytics roles, with at least part of that in consulting within financial services.
  • Proven experience leading teams on data governance, ODS–MDM–ADS architectures, and analytics initiatives.
  • Strong technical expertise in ETL tools, SQL querying, data profiling, and master data management concepts.
  • Experience guiding projects on customer data unification, identity resolution, or consent management.
  • Knowledge of metadata documentation tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation) and data visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau, Miro).
  • Deep understanding of data privacy, consent tracking, and regulatory compliance principles.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset: able to identify root causes, quantify impacts, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational discipline, professionalism, and client-focused approach.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
