We’re looking for a Security Engagement & Change Enablement Specialist to join the global Cyber team. This person will help to bring new products and services to life, strengthen the internal culture, and support engagement initiatives across regions.


What You Will Work On

💬 What You’ll Be Doing

🔐 Supporting our Security Engagement efforts

  • Helping coordinate global launches of Cyber products and services
  • Organizing team routines, meetings, and communication flow
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the organization
  • Creating clear, engaging content and communication materials

🚀 Driving Adoption & Enablement

  • Turning product requirements into easy-to-follow communication and rollout plans
  • Developing localized materials that support teams across the globe
  • Helping ISLs connect with the right stakeholders and plan activations
  • Enhancing our communication toolkit (message maps, presentations, templates, etc.)

? Building Team Culture & Engagement

  • Designing and running engagement activities for the SE team (yes, we love good team moments!)
  • Supporting recognition and culture initiatives with SE leadership
  • Helping define and communicate our operating model so everyone knows how to collaborate

What You Will Bring

🎯 What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive here if you have:

  • Experience working on global change or transformation projects
  • Comfort navigating multicultural environments
  • Strong self-management—you enjoy taking ownership and moving things forward
  • Hands-on experience in organizational change, partnership, or engagement roles
  • Great skills with Microsoft tools and an eye for clean, attractive communication design
  • Experience building communities and engagement campaigns, especially through corporate social media (a big part of the job!)
Curiosity about Cyber (not a must, but definitely a plus!)
