About This Role
The Project Analyst is responsible for providing financial governance and project-level tracking across assigned initiatives. This role focuses on monitoring financial performance versus budget, ensuring accurate tracking of actuals, and overseeing purchase orders to support effective cost control and decision-making.

What You Will Work On
  • Perform project-level financial tracking, monitoring actual costs versus approved budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial variances, identifying risks, trends, and potential cost overruns.
  • Track and manage purchase orders (POs) related to projects, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and contractual commitments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for projects, including commitments, accruals, and spend.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities related to project reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver financial dashboards and reports for PMO, Finance, and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to validate forecasts and ensure financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, governance standards, and audit requirements.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in project financial management, PMO, or financial controlling roles.
  • Strong experience in budget tracking, actuals vs budget analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience tracking purchase orders, invoices, and project-related financial commitments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) 
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools 
  • Solid understanding of CAPEX / OPEX and project cost structures.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams.
  • Good communication skills to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
