About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce applications to support critical business needs. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless integrations and delivering high-quality technical solutions.

This position is based in Mexico City and operates on a hybrid schedule from RGP’s Mexico City office.
What You Will Work On
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Lead and execute system migrations and ensure smooth integrations across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Support data migration efforts and uphold data quality standards.
  • Work with Salesforce AppExchange products, performing both coding and administrative tasks as needed.
What You Will Bring
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Java, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proven experience in system migrations and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with data migration and maintaining data quality.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce AppExchange products (coding + admin).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
