About This Role
RGP is seeking a Workday Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you will lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday HCM system, serving as a subject matter expert for Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. You will ensure seamless HRIS operations and provide critical support for global payroll and time tracking processes.
What You Will Work On
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Workday HCM, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
  • Manage integrations between Workday and internal/external systems while ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Develop reports, workflows, and user documentation to support change management initiatives.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and vendors to continuously improve HR systems and processes.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in HR systems implementation and support, including at least 2 years as a Workday administrator.
  • Proficiency with Workday reporting tools, EIBs, and strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with global payroll; ADP Celergo experience is a plus.
  • Participation in a full Workday HCM implementation and Workday training preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
