About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Apps Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and build scalable applications and workflows that enhance day‑to‑day operations.

This is a remote, W2 project‑based role with an expected 6‑month duration. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
What You Will Work On
  • Design, build, and enhance Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven) to support operational and process‑automation needs.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows that optimize, automate, and simplify manual processes.
  • Collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, scalable Power Platform solutions.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Apps and automation workflows.
  • Ensure solutions follow Power Platform best practices for governance, security, and maintainability.
  • Support deployment activities, user acceptance testing, and ongoing solution improvements.
What You Will Bring
  • Hands‑on experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑Driven).
  • Strong proficiency with Power Automate, workflow automation, and process optimization.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, or SQL.
  • Ability to collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A continuous‑improvement mindset and passion for leveraging automation to drive efficiency.
  • Eligible to work on a W2 basis; sponsorship not available.
