  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations to management based on best practices and experience working in a global and diverse environment
  • Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios, with clear visibility into delivery health, risks, and dependencies
  • Provide transparency to Senior Management with respect to portfolio issues, risks, and recommendations or strategies for effective and efficient operations
  • Conduct project or program audits to ensure standards, scope, and delivery expectations are being met
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing a body of knowledge that is accessible to all team members, ensuring program and project-related information is current and easily accessible
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with management, providing ideas and recommendations for optimizing business operations, resources, and fixed capacity
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and resolve scheduling, dependency, and delivery conflicts to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with Agile lifecycle and tracking or process management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Identify and analyze opportunities and make tactical and strategic recommendations to improve delivery effectiveness
