About This Role

We are looking for Senior Specialist Record to Report Consultant- with proven experience ensuring that all accounting operations and transactions within scope are accurately recorded in accordance for a Pharma Client's operation.

The role is responsible for guaranteeing full compliance with Client's Accounting Standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial information related to the assigned country or region.

Hired by Project Model - 6 Months and potential extension due to ERP Implementation.

What You Will Work On

With a very well-known Pharma's Client working with a highly motivated Accounting team.

Selected candidate will act as primary liaison between FRA Operations and functional areas to ensure correct accounting R2R process by preparing journal entries and complete high‑quality account reconciliations, leading the month end, quarter end and year end close processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.

Hybrid up to 3 Days Onsite.

What You Will Bring

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance

• English Proficient- both verbal and written

• +5 years of financial experience for major company or division of large corporation required

• Big 4 Audit background desirable

• ERP SAP

• Demonstrated ability to apply IFRS accounting practices within Employee Benefits

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Expertise in financial reporting and consolidation systems, and strong Excel skills

• Strong process design experience with demonstrated ability to organize high volume and complexity of activities into streamlined process

• Strong communications skills

What You Can Expect

Workplace arrangements- Hybrid 3 days on site.  
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. 
Pay Range: $50,000MXN to $55,000MXN Gross Salary- Monthly
