About This Role
We are excited to share an opportunity for a Client related to the Food Industry, which is looking for a solid PM to join a global Source-to-Pay (S2P) program as the regional S2P Deployment Lead / PMO Lead. The selected Candidate will orchestrate delivery across workstreams, align to the global solution deployment roadmap, embed governance and PMO rigor, lead risk and dependency management, and drive adoption, training, and go-live support for regional/country deployments.

What You Will Work On
The selected Candidate will work on-

1. Program orchestration & roadmap: plan, mobilize, execute, and control workstreams in alignment with the global solution deployment roadmap; act as the central point for consolidated status and KPI tracking.
2. Governance & PMO: stand up governance forums; create and maintain core PMO templates and artifacts (status reporting, RAID, financial tracking).
3. Delivery management: develop and manage product/workstream delivery plans; ensure on-time, in-full outcomes; surface risks and dependencies, drive mitigations, and manage escalations.
4. Project artifacts: maintain risk logs, dependency matrix, and weekly status reports (WSR) to executive-ready quality.
5. Risk & quality: define and execute a risk management approach; implement project management best practices.
6. Adoption & training: design and execute adoption plans, stakeholder engagement (incl. Business Champions), training and communications, support approach, and go-live materials.
7. Regional interface: act as the key interface between Global Product/Delivery and regional/country teams; support data discovery, testing (incl. UAT), and deployment status reporting.

What You Will Bring
• 8+ years in S2P/Procurement transformation, PMO, or large-scale ERP/SaaS deployments.
• End-to-end S2P process knowledge (S2C through P2P) with hands-on delivery of deployment roadmaps, governance structures, and PMO artifacts.
• Proven experience with product/workstream delivery plans, risk/issue and dependency management, and executive-level reporting (WSR).
• Demonstrated capability in risk management, training, adoption, and deployment support across multiple markets or business units.
• Business English proficiency (verbal/written).

Preferred (Nice to Have)
• CPG/FMCG industry experience. 
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA (MM/S2C/P2P), SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua; Jira and Power BI (or similar).
• Experience driving KPIs/OKRs, stakeholder alignment, and multi-country rollouts.
