About This Role
We are seeking a results‑driven Performance Marketing Consultant with in-depth expertise in paid media strategy, acquisition marketing, and data‑driven optimization. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high‑performing digital campaigns across search, affiliate, and targeted audience channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for driving measurable outcomes, and hands‑on experience managing full‑funnel media strategies in fast‑paced, short decision‑cycle environments

Pay Range: $50-60/hour
What You Will Work On
  • Develop and execute paid media performance campaigns focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Lead SEM (paid search) strategy, including keyword planning, bidding tactics, ad copy testing, and quality score improvements.
  • Build and optimize audience targeting frameworks, including lookalike modeling, interest‑based segments, retargeting workflows, and high‑value prospect identification.
  • Manage and enhance dynamic ad programs, including:
  • Dynamic Search Ads (DSA)
  • Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO)
  • Dynamic Travel Ads (DTA) (if applicable to industry)
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance, creative effectiveness, and landing page conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data to drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and scalable growth.
  • Utilize Adobe tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Advertising) for performance analysis, attribution modeling, and optimization insights.
  • Oversee and optimize affiliate marketing programs, including partner selection, tracking, and revenue contribution.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and clear insights to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business decisions.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience managing performance‑driven paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong background in acquisition and conversion strategy, especially within short decision‑making cycles.
  • Expertise in SEM strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Hands‑on experience with advanced audience modeling techniques (lookalikes, retargeting, interest modeling).
  • Proficiency with dynamic ad formats and testing frameworks.
  • Highly analytical thinker with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making and budget allocation.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Advertising for attribution and performance insights.
  • Previous experience managing or contributing to affiliate programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate metrics into clear business recommendations.
