This consultant will serve as the functional lead for Nulogy, helping stabilize system processes, improve transactional workflows, and ensure accurate data flow between Nulogy and QuickBooks.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how manufacturing and supply chain transactions impact inventory and financial reporting- and who can step in hands-on to troubleshoot, optimize, and stabilize the system in a post–go-live environment.

Pay Range: $60/hr-$75/hr
What You Will Work On
  • Serve as the go-to functional expert for Nulogy, supporting day-to-day system stabilization
  • Investigate and resolve transaction flow issues between Nulogy and QuickBooks
  • Analyze production, inventory, and order management processes to improve accuracy and consistency
  • Identify root causes of process and system breakdowns following ERP go-live
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure clean transactional data
  • Support reconciliation efforts by ensuring system workflows are functioning correctly
  • Improve system adoption through user guidance, documentation, and process clarification
  • Document findings and recommend process improvements as the organization prepares for a future migration to Oracle “EVO”
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience supporting or administering Nulogy within a manufacturing, co-packing, or supply chain environment
  • Strong understanding of how production, inventory, and operational transactions flow through Nulogy and impact downstream accounting systems
  • Experience troubleshooting integration and transaction flow issues between Nulogy and ERP/accounting platforms (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Solid understanding of inventory-related processes, with exposure to cost accounting or inventory accounting principles
  • Experience supporting reconciliations, cleanup efforts, and process stabilization in post–go-live or post-acquisition environments
  • Ability to analyze discrepancies, work through ambiguity, and implement practical, sustainable solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort operating in a hands-on, execution-focused role
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Accounting, and Systems teams
What You Can Expect
  • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
  • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
