About This Role
RGP is seeking a creative and execution-focused Visual Designer to support the development of visually compelling advertising across digital, social, and print channels. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in visual design and marketing principles who is eager to grow their skills in campaign development, audience targeting, and performance-driven creative.  The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design, a passion for advertising, and the ability to translate concepts into eye-catching visuals that support brand awareness and demand generation. This is a remote position that will be located in the East/Central region of the US.

Base Pay Range: $84,000 - $105,000.
Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
What You Will Work On
  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital ads, paid social, display, email, and print.
  • Produce creative for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and web placements.
  • Support the creation of static, animated, and light-motion ad assets.
  • Research audience insights, design trends, and competitive visuals to inform creative execution.
  • Apply platform-specific best practices to optimize ad performance and engagement.
  • Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
  • Maintain consistency across campaigns while adapting creative for different channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support campaign objectives.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate designs based on performance insights.
  • Create designs using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PPT, and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Organize files, templates, and assets to support efficient production workflows.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in advertising design, graphic design, or a related creative role.
  • Strong foundation in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PPT, and AI-assisted design tools.
  • Understanding of how creative supports marketing goals and ad performance.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
