As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping end-to-end experiences that connect user needs with business outcomes. You will work across the full service lifecycle, from discovery to implementation, ensuring that services are coherent, scalable, and centered on people. This role requires strong systems thinking, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to translate complexity into actionable solutions.
What You Will Work On
Designing and evolving end-to-end services across multiple touchpoints and channels.
Leading discovery efforts through qualitative and quantitative research.
Facilitating workshops with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
Creating artifacts such as service blueprints, journeys, ecosystem maps, and strategic concepts.
Translating insights into actionable strategies and service concepts.
Partnering with product, design, and technology teams to bring services to life.
Defining success metrics and tracking impact across user experience and business outcomes.
What You Will Bring
6 years of experience on strong foundation in service design and human-centered design methodologies.
6 years of experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights into strategy.
Knowledge in Behavioral Economics
Systems thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
Proven facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to connect user needs with business goals and operational realities.
Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping direction from early stages.
Excellent storytelling and visualization skills.
