About This Role
We are seeking a mid-career finance professional to support our global entertainment studio client with budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and analysis, building/updating models, and delivering insights that drive informed business decisions. You’ll work on challenging, high-visibility projects and partner closely with leadership to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.

Ability to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday thru Thursday) in San Fernando Valley Area, CA 91608– some flexibility available

Duration: 4 months (with a potential to extend or convert to FTE)

Pay Rate Range: $55/hr-$65/hr

What You Will Work On
  • Analyze annual plans, monthly forecasts, and business performance to support key decisions.
  • Lead expense-focused forecasting and variance analysis, with occasional revenue-related analysis.
  • Prepare financial analyses including profitability, expense management, capital projects, and working capital.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close activities.
  • Build and maintain financial models for growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Enhance reporting by partnering with teams to improve decision-support tools.

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
  • 5+ years of Financial Analysis experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas; macro exposure a plus).
  • Experience using SAP for reporting, actuals, or forecasting.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work, and support client needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry strongly preferred but not required.
