About This Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, “player-coach” role leading an Oracle EPM / EPBCS implementation, partnering closely with Finance and IT to deliver a modern planning platform. What You Will Work On
  • Lead a high-visibility Oracle EPM / EPBCS implementation in a hands-on “player-coach” capacity, balancing delivery execution with team leadership
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A leaders to translate planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements into scalable system solutions

  • Establish governance, operating models, and best practices across finance and technology teams
  • Provide hands-on support with configuration, architecture, and integrations across the Oracle EPM ecosystem
  • Mentor internal team members and help transition the platform from implementation to long-term internal ownership
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner (Deloitte) to guide design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives

What You Will Bring
  • Strong experience with Oracle EPM / EPBCS or Hyperion Planning, including hands-on configuration and implementation
  • Proven track record supporting end-to-end or in-flight EPM implementations in complex environments
  • Solid understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling)
  • Ability to operate as a “player-coach,” contributing technically while guiding teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with system integrators and offshore teams, including oversight and coordination
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance and IT, and establish scalable processes and governance
