About This Role
We are looking for a highly structured and execution-driven leader to drive a complex fiscal transformation program end-to-end. This role will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams across Tax, Finance, Operations, Data, and Technology, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
You will operate within an agile framework, leveraging practices aligned with SAFe, and act as a key enabler between business and technology to ensure alignment, visibility, and disciplined execution across all workstreams.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a fiscal transformation program.
  • Build and manage an integrated project plan, including milestones, critical path, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
  • Partner closely with Tax SMEs and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into actionable plans.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Tax, Finance, IT, Data, Compliance, Audit, PMO) to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Run agile cadences, track commitments, manage blockers, and drive timely escalations when needed.
  • Provide clear executive visibility through status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and action plans.
  • Support the full project lifecycle: analysis, process design, controls definition, automation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid execution bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders with competing priorities, ensuring focus on outcomes and compliance.
What You Will Bring
  • 8 years of experience leading complex transformation programs, ideally in banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stream initiatives with high interdependencies and executive exposure.
  • Experience integrating business processes, technology, data, controls, and organizational change.
  • Strong experience working in agile environments; familiarity with frameworks like SAFe is highly valued.
  • Solid project management capabilities, including planning, tracking, RAID management, governance, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to effectively bridge business and technology teams, translating needs into execution.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in complex organizational settings.
  • Desirable: experience in tax, compliance, regulatory reporting, finance, risk, or audit-related initiatives.
What You Can Expect
  • An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies and qualities that set our team apart.
  • Compensation commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market and operational factors.
  • Total Rewards include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Professional Development Program, Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required).
