About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Cost Accountant with ERP implementation experience to support a critical systems initiative. This role will play a key part in designing and deploying cost accounting processes within an ERP environment, with a strong preference for NetSuite.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead or support ERP implementation efforts focused on cost accounting (NetSuite preferred)
  • Configure and validate:
    • Standard costing
    • Inventory valuation
    • BOMs (Bills of Materials)
    • Routing and manufacturing cost flows
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure accurate cost capture and reporting
  • Support data migration, UAT, and system validation
  • Analyze cost variances and ensure alignment with financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulated manufacturing standards (medical device preferred)
  • Optimize and document cost accounting processes post-implementation
What You Will Bring
  • 5–10+ years of accounting experience, with strong cost accounting expertise
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (highly preferred) or Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Proven experience supporting or leading ERP implementations
  • Background in medical devices
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Standard costing
    • Inventory accounting
    • Manufacturing processes
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills (Finance + IT + Operations)
  • CPA or equivalent is a plus
