About This Role

We are seeking a polished, high-performing Treasury Analyst to join a fast-paced, high-growth organization in a highly visible role reporting directly to executive leadership and the C-suite. This position is ideal for a treasury professional who thrives in a dynamic public-company environment and can confidently operate under pressure while supporting critical treasury operations and strategic initiatives.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity designed to evaluate both technical capability and cultural fit prior to permanent conversion.


Payrate $40-45/hour + Benefits


What You Will Work On
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash forecasting to support ongoing business operations
  • Prepare and maintain treasury reports, dashboards, and manual reporting packages for leadership review
  • Support bank account administration, including account openings/closures, signer maintenance, and banking documentation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and executive leadership on treasury-related initiatives and operational priorities
  • Assist with M&A treasury activities, including Day 1 readiness, funding coordination, and integration support
  • Utilize ERP and banking systems to monitor cash activity and support treasury operations
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using advanced Excel functionality, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs
  • Work closely with the CFO, Assistant Treasurer, and broader finance leadership in a highly collaborative, in-person environment

What You Will Bring
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience preferred
  • Public company experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with exposure to executive leadership
  • Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred
  • Experience with treasury banking portals such as Bank of America CashPro, J.P. Morgan Access, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure, executive-facing situations
