About This Role
Client is seeking a hands-on International Tax / Transfer Pricing Consultant to provide critical support during a period of transition within the transfer pricing organization. An immediate need for an experienced tax professional who can assist with day-to-day execution, operational transfer pricing activities, financial analyses, and business support. This role will work closely with transfer pricing leadership to help maintain continuity, execute key initiatives, support global operations, and provide additional bandwidth while the broader team structure is rebuilt. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve quickly.

Initial duration 3 months+ likely 6-9 months and beyond 
Payrate:  $80-90/hour plus benefits
What You Will Work On
  • Support operational transfer pricing processes and day-to-day execution activities. 
  • Assist with transfer pricing modeling, profitability analyses, and monitoring of actual results versus expectations. 
  • Gather, organize, and analyze financial, operational, and transactional data. 
  • Prepare reports, schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. 
  • Support implementation of transfer pricing adjustments and intercompany transactions. 
  • Assist with transfer pricing documentation and controversy matters through data gathering, analysis, and coordination with stakeholders. 
  • Partner with finance, accounting, tax, and business teams to obtain information and resolve issues. 
  • Support special projects involving international tax and transfer pricing matters. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency. 

What You Will Bring
Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of international tax, transfer pricing, or corporate tax experience. 
  • Experience working in a multinational corporate environment or public accounting. 
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and financial modeling skills. 
  • Exposure to transfer pricing concepts, intercompany transactions, and global tax operations. 
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and business models. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions. 
  • Self-starter with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
