About This Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join Balance Sheet Management and Treasury Finance team. This individual will support strategic decision-making related to balance sheet optimization, liquidity management, funding strategies, profitability analysis, and financial resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk, Operations, and Business teams.
What You Will Work On
  • Analyze balance sheet trends, liquidity positions, and funding requirements to support business and Treasury objectives.
  • Support balance sheet optimization initiatives and efficient allocation of financial resources.
  • Perform detailed analysis of accounting and financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor financial records and investigate balance sheet variances, reconciliation exceptions, and ownership allocation issues.
  • Assist in the traceability and validation of accounting entries, manual adjustments, and financial reporting impacts.
  • Coordinate dispute resolution processes, escalation management, and arbitration support when required.
  • Manage case tracking and ticket resolution processes with internal stakeholders and support teams.
  • Facilitate entitlement management and provide support to Account Owners regarding access, ownership, and governance matters.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and presentations for senior management.
  • Partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Business teams to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Balance Sheet Management, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controllership, or related functions within the financial services industry.
  • Previous experience in global banking institutions or top-tier financial organizations is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data.
  • Experience supporting financial analysis, balance sheet reporting, liquidity monitoring, or resource allocation processes.
  • Exposure to cross-functional and multinational environments.
  • English, Proficient
