About This Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in underwriting, data analysis, controls, and current state assessment to work with a team of RGP consultants in the creation of a target operating model for our banking clients' credit underwriting department. 
What You Will Work On
  • Collaborate with a team of RGP consultants to conduct a comprehensive current state assessment of the banking clients' credit underwriting operations.
  • Utilize expertise in underwriting, data analysis, and controls to contribute to the development of the target operating model.
  • Review and analyze roles and responsibilities within the credit underwriting team, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Assess current cost centers and budget allocations to facilitate the transition to the target operating model.
  • Evaluate the interaction between various departments such as HR, Finance, and Technology to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the operational landscape.
  • Map out existing controls and identify opportunities for enhancing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or banking.
  • Strong understanding of loan origination processes and industry best practices.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Pay Range: $ 75 - $85 per hour (W2/Hourly)
