The Program Manager Consultant will have oversight, governance and strategic influence over a large enterprise, global rollout of time management/recording – workforce management systems. Managing enterprise-level programs and projects within the enterprise technology portfolio. Program-level ownership of complex large-scale technology-driven projects. Responsible for developing a consolidated view of the program and program deliverables, risk and issue management, financials, and stakeholder communication.
What You Will Work On
Proven experience successfully leading global/large scale SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 Hana implementation programs/projects across technical, business and end users with the ability to lead and drive planning, execution, illicit technical issues, and risks is mandatory. Manage the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional programs in large, complex organizations. Managing project budgets greater than $15mm USD.
Manage multiple projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget, using or establishing the methodology, including: SDLC, Agile or Waterfall.
Act as the liaison between business and technology functions, including working closely with key stakeholders and senior management.
Develop and prioritize project requirements, deliverables and artifacts.
Facilitate training, project communication and overall change management.
Communicate with senior and executive leadership on program and project status and performance.
Minimum of 7 years of program management, and 12-plus years of project management experience PMP certification is preferred; Six Sigma or similar certifications is a plus.
Fortune 500 background and/or Big Four Consulting experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience managing the overall performance and delivery of large cross-functional programs that include multiple projects, work streams, scopes, schedules, risks, issues and budgets.
Full project life cycle implementation experience with large corporate PMO systems, managing complex enterprise projects and leading and directing the work of other project leaders and/or team members
Excellent communication skills with business members at all organizational levels, along with strong relationship and consensus building skills to work in a team environment
Experience managing large programs consisting of many projects, such as implementations of SAP, SAP S4 Hana, Time keeping systems, INFOR or Kronos or similar is mandatory.
Experience leading, developing and maintaining standard project documentation, project plans, agendas, action items and deliverables, as well as ensuring adherence to PMO/Project Management Standards
Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. MS Project, Clarity, Smartsheet)
