About This Role
RGP is looking for accomplished Consultants as Program/Project Managers to lead full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA initiatives for Fortune 1000 organizations.  RGP Consultants work with our clients to manage and execute complex ERP projects and to play a key role in managing cross-functional teams while partnering with business leaders across the enterprise.
What You Will Work On
  • Directly manage project delivery from project scoping and definition to its successful execution 
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project implementation: planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project to various stakeholders
  • Create consolidated program milestones, interdependencies, and communication plans
  • Experience in delivering large-scale SAP solutions and shaping and leading teams across multiple stages of project delivery lifecycle. Uses application of design-thinking as an approach to solving client solutions.
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to move forward key tasks and escalate significant process bottlenecks, anticipated delays, and critical path analysis
  • Lead the design, documentation, implementation and continuous improvement of operational policies, processes and systems related to SAP               
  • Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, suggesting mitigations to risks, actions to close issues or complete open items

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree highly desired
  • PMP Certification highly desired 
  • Significant experience in full cycle SAP implementations for Fortune 1000 organizations utilizing proven project management processes and framework 
  • Experience with S/4 HANA required, including experience on at least one full-cycle implementation of SAP with S4/HANA 
  • 5+ years of experience developing project plans, including charter, scope, project management approach, management plans, cost estimates, schedule, work breakdown
  • Expertise in resources and milestone management, issue resolution, stakeholder and senior management reporting, KPIs and management and allocation of functional business and technical resources
  • Knowledge and understanding of business relationship management, systems analysis, governance, project management and software development lifecycle
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) knowledge and systems quality assurance (QA) testing experience using automated testing tools 
  • Strong strategic and tactical communication, planning and execution skills 
  • Excellent communications and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels and collaborate with clients, stakeholders and team members

  • Pay Range: $110-120 per hour
