About This Role
As a Testing Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, particularly those integrated with SAP's cutting-edge S/4 HANA platform. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of SAP environments, specifically S/4 HANA.
What You Will Work On
  • Direct and oversee the end-to-end testing process for software solutions integrated with S/4 HANA, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project objectives and business requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional aspects
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP's S/4 HANA to design test scenarios that validate the integration, performance, and functionality of solutions within this environment
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of test automation frameworks to optimize testing efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and ensure consistent and repeatable test execution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and provide valuable input during the development lifecycle
  • Implement effective defect tracking and reporting mechanisms, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution and a seamless user experience
  • Design and execute performance tests to validate the scalability, responsiveness, and reliability of applications within the S/4 HANA environment
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and results, to facilitate traceability and compliance with quality standards
What You Will Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on SAP environments, particularly S/4 HANA
  • Relevant certifications in SAP and software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT), SAP testing tools, and scripting languages. Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring testing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $75-95/hr
