About This Role
  • RGP is looking for Banking and Financial Services PMs and  BAs with Data Governance and/or Data Quality to work on Long-Term Consulting Projects at Top-Tier RGP Financial Services Clients.
  • Ideal Candidates have 5-12 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE working on projects related to Core Business Analysis Skills and one or more of: Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Attestation, Data Management for Change the Bank Initiatives.
  • Ideal candidates will have at least some experience with projects in the areas of: Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Remediation, Regulatory Capital, Liquidity Risk 2052a, BCBS 239). 
  • Projects are TYPICALLY HYBRID THREE (3) DAYS PER WEEK AT THE CLIENT SITES IN MANHATTAN, NY, NY.
What You Will Work On

Data Governance and Data Quality Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Finance and Regulatory Data Governance Initiative Support as Business Analyst or PM/BA and Data Expert.
  • Support implementation of Enterprise Data Governance Policy, ensuring accountability to targeted model and processes for Data Asset Management, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Issue Resolution.
  • Recommend process improvements for Data processes and enhancements to Data analytics and Data Quality tools.
  • Support current Regulatory Reporting needs via existing platforms working with upstream Data Providers and Business Partners and relevant technologies.


What You Will Bring

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or other Advanced Degree.
  • You have 5-12 years of  experience working at Big Banks or Large Financial Services Institutions on Finance and/or Regulatory Reporting Automation and Data Governance / Data Quality / Data Lineage. / Critical Data Elements (CDEs), Data Attestation, Product Ownership for Data Projects or Writing / Review / Documentation of Data Governance Policies and Procedures.
  • You have strong Project Management and/or Business Analysis combined with one or more of: Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Analysis, Data Quality and Data Visualization skills.
  • You have some experience with Regulatory Projects- e.g. understanding of Regulatory Reporting frameworks (Liquidity Risk Reporting, CCAR, LCR, NSFR, 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-9, Basel, RWA, BCBS 239).
  • You are experienced in establishing Data Governance structures and processes, including Data Quality, Data Issue Management, and Data Stewardship.

  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. NOTE: requires HYBRID ONSITE in MANHATTAN, NEW YORK, NY THREE (3) DAYS PER WEEK.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: IDEALY HOURLY PAY RATE RANGE IS $70-85 per hour USD
