About This Role

RGP is currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant  to lead and direct the HRSD/Employee Center Pro product implementation at a leading pharmaceutical client. The resource will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow's HRSD / Employee Center Pro capabilities and services, in a client consulting environment. Functional Consultants work with a range of organizations to help them work more efficiently and gain greater value using the ServiceNow platform. 

As the Senior ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant, you are essential in designing and deploying best practice process solutions that help achieve the strategic goals of our client. In this role, you will lead process discovery, reengineering, improvement, and analysis sessions to identify capabilities and solutions that support the business goals of the client utilizing HRSD / Employee Center Pro capabilities including Employee Lifecycle Events and Journey Management. You will document, prioritize, and support in the delivery of the overall solution that will allow our customers to manage work more efficiently, and meet the overall goals of the client teams across HR and IT.



What You Will Work On

The Senior ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant will be responsible for preparing and leading process discovery and requirement workshops with customer sponsors and key stakeholders to identify requirements.

Implementation

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow environment based on the agreed design. This includes setting up tables, forms, workflows, user interfaces, and other necessary components. 
  • Data Management: Manage data within ServiceNow, which includes data import, export, and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and security.

Requirements Gathering

  • Elicitation and Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. This involves conducting workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business processes and determine how ServiceNow can best support their needs.
  • Documentation: Document the gathered requirements clearly and comprehensively. This often includes creating user stories, process diagrams, and requirement specifications.

Solution Design

  • ServiceNow Configuration and Customization: Design solutions within the ServiceNow platform that adhere to best practices and fulfill business requirements. This may involve configuring out-of-the box functionalities, customizing workflows, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Prototyping: Develop prototypes to help stakeholders visualize the final product and ensure alignment with their expectations.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Testing Strategies: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets quality standards and business requirements. This includes unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). 
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing or reported by users, often requiring debugging and revisiting configuration or customization.

Training and Support

  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders to ensure they understand how to use the new systems and processes effectively.
  • Documentation: Provide detailed documentation for users and technical support teams to refer to, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the system.

Project Management and Communication

  • Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to the project scope or timelines. 
  • Change Management: Help the organization manage the changes brought by new implementations, including adjustments to business processes and user adaptation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the ServiceNow implementations and identify areas for improvement.
What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in HR functions, processes, and HR industry best practices. We see HR industry expertise as critical to the success of this position. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (5-10 years).
  • 3+ years working with the ServiceNow platform on current releases and with the HRSD / Employee Center products required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in management consulting, process design, or product management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Exceptional skills documenting process design, business requirements, agile user stories, process guides, and project collateral.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a strong customer centric mindset. Experience leading / executing complex strategic and operational initiatives at large organizations. Experience partnering with and advising executives.
  • CSA Certification required. CIS-HR Certification preferred but willing to train. 
  • Employee Lifecycle Events, especially pre-hire, pre-onboarding, and journey management.
  • Manager Hub & Virtual Agent for HRSD
  • Content analytics for User Experience
  • AI search optimization in coordination with UX and Technical consultants

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $ 80-90/hr
