About This Role

RGP is immediately seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our fast-growing ServiceNow Practice team to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities and modules, exceptional project management skills, and a track record of successfully managing ITSM projects from initiation to completion


What You Will Work On

The ServiceNow Project Manager works in collaboration with teams across the business to support clients looking for creative solutions! As a ServiceNow Project Manager you will lead the lifecycle process that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services, and solutions. This role is an opportunity to apply and grow your skills in delivering ServiceNow implementations with a motivated and growing company, servicing a wide range of technology forward clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
    • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
    • Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
    • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and resolve issues promptly.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain compliance with best practices and standards.
    • Implement and oversee testing phases to ensure functionality and performance meet client requirements.

What You Will Bring

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years managing ServiceNow projects.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – various products
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $85-115/Hr. W-2
