About This Role
The International Tax Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all U.S international and foreign tax compliance, calculations and filings focusing on monitoring, interpreting, and advising on international and cross-border taxation law. Under the supervision of Senior Manager, Tax Accounting, the International Tax Accounting Manager requires full participation in department initiatives such as: driving tax process optimization including participating in the development of new processes or implementation of procedural changes by leveraging new software systems.
What You Will Work On
  • Manage the accurate and timely completion of U.S. international tax compliance including the preparation of Form 5471, 1120-F and the GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F and foreign tax credit calculations
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end U.S. international tax provisions and ensure accurate and timely completion of tax-related financial reporting
  • Partner with APAC and North America tax service providers and internal finance teams to complete local tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local tax regulations
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors to manage international tax audits and inquiries
  • Monitor current and proposed global tax law changes to determine the potential impact on the company's financial position and tax strategies
  • Provide advice on tax implications of operating across multiple borders (e.g., withholding taxes, etc)
  • Ensure proper documentation and execution of tax policies and procedures to support the organization's governance and business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with international transfer pricing rules and prepare international pricing documentation
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific reporting and regulatory requirements
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • CPA and MBA are preferred
  • 5 years of experience with a combination of Public Accounting and industry preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in: U.S. International Tax, Local Tax Preparation, and Tax Research
  • Power user in MS Excel. Must be comfortable with the creation of spreadsheets from scratch inclusive of writing formulas and creating or using pivot tables
  • Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
What You Can Expect
  • All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Base Pay Range: $108,800 - $136,000
  • Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
