About This Role
As a Treasury Business Analyst Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of treasury operations and systems. This consultant will act as the bridge between treasury, IT, and senior management to support key treasury functions such as cash management, liquidity planning, financial risk management, and the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).

The opportunity requires an onsite presence at the the client's site in Miami, Florida. 
What You Will Work On
  • Assist with the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS). Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with treasury processes and business requirements.
  • Work closely with treasury and finance teams to map current treasury processes and identify areas for improvement. Document workflows and recommend best practices to optimize cash management, liquidity, and risk management activities.
  • Develop detailed reports and analyses to provide insights into cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and investment performance. Ensure accurate data capture in the TMS and assist in designing dashboards and reporting tools for treasury operations.
  • Support the development and execution of project plans for system implementation and process improvements. Assist with defining project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Write and execute test scripts for the TMS to ensure all functionalities meet the business requirements. Ensure system integration is smooth and performs according to standards.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and external vendors to deliver treasury projects on time. Act as the point of contact for treasury process-related queries during system implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements, providing recommendations to ensure the TMS aligns with treasury operations and industry best practices.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or business analysis, ideally with experience in a consulting environment.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS, etc.) or cash management tools. Experience with system implementation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Experience in project management, including system implementations or process improvement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and other data analysis tools. Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with senior leadership.
