About This Role

As a Project Management Consultant, you will serve as a key contributor to the success of client Initiatives by working on facilities projects, maintenance needs, generating RFPs and working with contractors. Thought leadership and long term strategy for issue resolution will be required. This position offers a unique opportunity for a professional to make significant contributions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You Will Work On
  • Oversee and manage all capital construction projects within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with PMP standards and company best practices.
  • Collaborate with and oversee international project management firms, acting as owner representative to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Address and resolve planning challenges raised in customer planning meetings, ensuring smooth progress.
  • Ensure that all planning efforts are in line with corporate guidelines, optimizing space utilization in every scenario.
  • Advise, educate, and enforce space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Participate in a variety of audits, including those focused on financials, processes, seating arrangements, occupancy, vacancy, labs, and equipment.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to develop tailored site-specific planning strategies.
  • Create and present building-specific stacking and re-stacking plans to meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor and report on current space supply and capacity, and forecast inventory changes over a rolling three-year horizon.
  • Work closely with multiple teams, providing guidance, oversight, and support throughout all phases of each project from initiation to completion.
What You Will Bring
  • BS in Business, Real Estate or Construction Engineering with a PMP certification preferred
  • Must be able to clearly articulate construction project requirements and outcomes
  • Oversee and lead multiple parallel projects in various time zones
  • Able to foresee and manage construction risk
  • Demonstrable ability to lead change within an organization
  • Service oriented program manager, and demonstrable experience in delivery of best in class customer service
  • Lead teams without direct hierarchy, Strong influence skills
  • Monthly travel as needed to work sites
What You Can Expect
  • This is an on site position in Santa Clara, CA
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $70-90 per hour
