About This Role
RGP is partnering with our client to help with a transformation project in Mexico. We are seeking to connect with consultants who have experience in both leading accounting functions as well as implementing an ERP. This role has direct exposure to executive leadership and will be looked to for best practices and guidance. 




What You Will Work On
The main activities of this role are:
  • Provide leadership and manage accounting function/team and all related activities
  • Optimize Oracle and find new ways to make the operation more efficient
  • Work with the entire Finance and Accounting team (30+ people) to optimize processes and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and develop new ones when required. which will be customized into Oracle
  • Identify Oracle implementation pain points and propose alternatives/solutions to address the issues



What You Will Bring
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Controller or Senior Finance Manager supervising and managing teams of 25 to 35
  • Experience leading ERP implementations and integrations (Oracle preferably) 
  • Implementation experience that includes overcoming obstacles is a plus
  • Tax & Fiscal knowledge
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive or other industries where hundreds or thousands of SKU's are managed
  • Strong cost accounting and inventory/supply chain experience (from a Finance/accounting standpoint)
  • Experience with WMS systems and/or WMS modules within an ERP
  • Availability to go into the office 5 days a week (Greater Mexico City area)
  • Provide leadership and manage accounting function/team and all related activities
  • Optimize Oracle and find new ways to make the operation more efficient
  • Process optimization which will be leveraged within the new ERP
  • Identify Oracle implementation pain points and propose alternatives/solutions to address the issues
