About This Role

RGP is seeking a Business Analyst to support a long-term optimization project for Oracle EPM, Planning One. This remote, project-based role will act as a key liaison between the business owner, the systems integrator (SI), and IT, helping to define business requirements, best practices, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst with a solid understanding of Oracle EPM and project optimization processes.

What You Will Work On

Serve as the primary contact between the business owner, SI, and IT to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.
Define, gather, and document business requirements to ensure the successful implementation of the Planning One optimization.
Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and project deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement best practices for Oracle EPM systems.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and help resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
Support testing efforts, including UAT and SIT, to validate system functionality aligns with business objectives.
Ensure ongoing communication and reporting with stakeholders to keep everyone informed of project status and outcomes.

What You Will Bring

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in projects involving Oracle EPM or similar financial systems.
Strong understanding of business processes, systems optimization, and the ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in the media entertainment industry is ideal, but not required.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Location: Remote, US-based, ability to work on a W2 basis.

What You Can Expect

Willingness to work on a remote, project basis.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: $65-$85 per hour range (DOE)
