About This Role
RGP is seeking an experienced Lease Accounting Consultant with expertise in Visual Lease software to oversee lease accounting operations for one of our Financial Services clients. 
What You Will Work On
  • Manage and oversee lease accounting functions, including tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain and update lease agreements, ensuring accurate data entry in the Visual Lease system.
  • Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (ASC 842, IFRS 16) and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to lease accounting.
  • Reconcile lease liabilities, lease assets, and related accounts.
  • Collaborate with the financial reporting team to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Analyze lease agreements to optimize financial outcomes.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in lease accounting.
  • Hands-on experience with Visual Lease software preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, and ASC 842.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
What You Can Expect
  • This is a long-term project-based role with a hybrid work arrangement in Scottsdale, AZ, or Omaha, NE.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Pay Range: $65-$85/hr.
