About This Role
As a Oracle Data & Analytics Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for our clients.. You'll collaborate with leading organizations to harness the power of data and analytics, driving innovation and unlocking unprecedented value. By leveraging Oracle's cutting-edge technology suite, you'll help clients optimize their operations, enhance decision-making, and achieve sustainable growth.
What You Will Work On
  • Strategic Consulting: Partner with clients to define their data and analytics strategy, aligning it with their overall business objectives.
  • Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of complex Oracle Analytics and Data solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Data Governance and Management: Establish robust data governance frameworks and implement data management best practices to ensure data quality and security.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover hidden insights, predict future trends, and optimize business processes.
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional value
What You Will Bring
  • Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Data & Analytics, with a deep understanding of Oracle's data and analytics solutions, including Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Warehouse, and Oracle Data Integration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL tools. Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: A keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven insights. The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving. The ability to think critically and devise effective solutions to complex challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Client Focus: A strong client focus and the ability to build lasting relationships. A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player who can work effectively with diverse teams, both onshore and offshore.
  • Continuous Learning: A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data and analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL tools
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Warehouse, and Oracle Data Integration
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling concepts
  • Experience with data governance and data quality management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
  • A passion for data and a desire to drive business value through data-driven insights
What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $ 70-90
