About This Role
RGP is looking for a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Revenue Management and a deep understanding of ticketing systems. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project execution for revenue-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing operational efficiency. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams—Revenue Operations, IT, Sales, and Customer Support—to streamline ticketing workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive process improvements
What You Will Work On
Project Management:
  • Ticket Management: Support the team by managing a high volume of roadmap tickets. Responsibilities include monitoring ticket queues, categorizing, summarizing, and prioritizing tickets, and assisting with Scrum activities to help the team stay organized. Maintain an updated backlog of feature requests
  • Feature Request Documentation: Prepare slide decks that outline feature requests, including their impact, significance, and downstream effects. These slides/decks will be presented to Senior stakeholders, such as an operating committee
  • Release Change Management Documentation:  Produce status updates reports of features as they move through the SDLC toward release, on a weekly basis, classifying features and providing succinct feature descriptions that demonstrate a strong technical understanding. 
Stakeholder Engagement/ Management & Support:
  • Stakeholder Preparation & Support: When stakeholders request new features, the consultant will prepare for intake meetings by reviewing submitted requests, drafting questions, identifying impacted code bases, and aligning with the client to drive productive meetings.
  • Meeting Support: During requirements intake meetings, the consultant will take detailed notes, document key points, and organize the information for follow-up with the engineering team.
Project Planning & Dashboarding:
  • Dashboard Creation & Automation: Build dashboards and automated project plans to streamline workload management, track ticket progress, and provide visibility into the project roadmap.
SQL/BQ Scripting & Data Analysis:
  • SQL/BQ Expertise: Write and execute SQL/BQ scripts to organize and analyze data effectively. This includes creating test datasets to validate features and ensure data accuracy.
  • Revenue Data Familiarity: The consultant will be working with revenue data, which requires an understanding of financial concepts and business context, such as the types of cloud products and services.

  • Effective & Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clear status updates, and convey project impact. Financial data experience and business acumen are highly beneficial
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: This consultant needs to be proactive, energetic, and able to independently identify areas of need
  • Adaptable and Efficient: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of tasks, ready to tackle challenges as they come.
  • Technical Documentation & Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, capable of organizing and documenting requirements and project updates in a clear, actionable way.  

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 3-5 years of experience with data analytics.
  • Experience with a must SQL -Write and execute SQL/BQ scripts to organize and analyze data effectively. This includes creating test datasets to validate features and ensure data accuracy.

  • Pay Range: $85hr.
