About This Role
RGP is seeking an ESG Governance, Data, and Reporting Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ESG rating systems, regulatory compliance frameworks (such as CSRD), and exhibit strong skills in data management, communication, and reporting. Success in this role will depend on the ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with public sustainability reporting, and other ESG initiatives.
What You Will Work On
  • Strategically assess and refine the organization’s approach to ESG compliance.
  • Coordinate ESG strategies and initiatives in collaboration with trade associations.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks, such as CSRD, and compliance with other relevant ESG regulations.
  • Oversee and manage ESG data reporting.
  • Establish and implement processes to uphold data accuracy and integrity in ESG reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners on ESG-related issues.
What You Will Bring
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ESG rating systems, reporting frameworks, and regulatory standards (e.g., CSRD, GRI, SASB).
  • Strong analytical abilities with expertise in validating and interpreting complex ESG data sets.
  • Ability to effectively articulate ESG strategy in all corporate affairs contexts, including to investors, internal stakeholders, policymakers, and clients.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $70-$100
