About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Lead to oversee and manage critical cybersecurity services for our organization. The ideal candidate is a strong consultant with a proven track record of delivering cybersecurity solutions, fostering a customer-centric mindset, and effectively engaging with global stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in developing robust ways of working, which will form the foundation for future roles within the organization.
What You Will Work On
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity operations, engaging with key global stakeholders to align on strategy, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity into the organization’s core activities and support enterprise objectives.

Cybersecurity Operations Management:
Cyber Hygiene: Ensure proactive measures for system hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
Incident Response: Lead effective processes for quick response, containment, and resolution of cyber threats.
Estate Visibility: Maintain comprehensive visibility into digital assets, endpoints, and network security for improved oversight and threat detection.
Human Risk Management: Drive awareness programs and behavior-based security practices to reduce human-related risks.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
Cyber Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks through structured risk assessments and regular reporting.

Secure-by-Design: Integrate security best practices throughout the lifecycle of systems, products, and services.

Third-Party Risk Management: Oversee cybersecurity requirements and risk assessments for third-party vendors and service providers.

What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in managing cybersecurity operations, with a strong track record in global and outsourced functions.
Demonstrated expertise in incident response, cyber hygiene, estate visibility, human risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Strong global stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings.
Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in cybersecurity.
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
