Plays a crucial role in leveraging data and technology to optimize business operations. Their primary responsibilities focus on analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing automated solutions to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.

What You Will Work On

Perform data mining, data processing, and machine learning to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making.
Develop and implement data analysis and visualization tools using Excel, Tableau, and Knime.
Generate reports and monitor Controllership cases through Knime, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Address and resolve accounting errors, ensuring data accuracy and updating Tableau dashboards for data export purposes.
Provide customer service and support, solving accounting-related issues for clients efficiently and professionally.
Automate and streamline processes within the Controllership area, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements.
Collaborate across multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail.
Exhibit strong communication skills, fostering teamwork and being available to meet project needs with minimal supervision.

What You Will Bring

Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and Knime.
Programming skills in Java or Python are highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in customer support, particularly in resolving accounting-related challenges.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Background in systems engineering, general accounting, programming, or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
Availability to work on multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
A commitment to delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight.
